Who are GreonGraf?
GreonGraf is a small company set up to manage my photography business.
Where are GreonGraf based?
GrenGraf are based in Bexleyheath, South East London. We are very happy to travel for the right project.
When will I see my photos?
If you attended an event where GreonGraf took photos, the person who booked us will have the details. For smaller events, the photos should be on the website within a week of the event. For some larger events it may take longer.
How do I get the password?
If you have booked us, or paid for photographs you will be sent the password. If you’ve lost it, we can send it again. If you were at an event, but for some reason did not get the password, the person who booked us or arranged the event will know. Generally it is up to the person booking to decide who gets to see photographs taken at a private event.
I’d like a higher resolution image, can I get one?
The photos shown on the site, are high enough quality for display, but not suitable for printing especially at larger sizes. They are also watermarked for added security. If you order a photo you will get a higher quality image.
I’ve seen a photo I like how do I get a copy?
Simply add it to the cart. The purchase options available for that photo will be displayed.
What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment we only accept PayPal. This still allows you to use a wide variety of credit and debit cards.
If I choose download what happens?
As soon as you’ve bought a photo you will see a link to download a high resolution copy of the photo.
I’ve ordered prints, how long do they take?
When we accept a booking we agree at the time what kinds of prints will be required. A photo intended for a 6×5 print may not be suitable if blown up and printed on canvas. The type of print required, determines how long it takes. Usually I can advise at the time of booking. But for most purposes standard print sizes on high quality paper will take about a week from the time of order.
Do you supply Raw files?
The answer is almost always no. Special arrangements might be possible when working with other photographers, and photographic agencies. Please let me know what you want to do using the Contact Form.
How long will the photos be available?
If you have booked us to take photos at your event, we will send you the agreed photos. Usually photographs will also be available to download and order from the site for six weeks after the event. After that, if you want additional copies please contact us.
